  I went to get my meal as usual . I always requested to them to cook hash brown extra because most of times inside is not cooked. I asked same thing today for extra cook. That Nepal employee at register got attitude he was mad and started arguing for that. And he told me go to other Dunkin' Donuts. Of course i will my money I won’t come back to that store where people don’t know what is customer service is. There is lots of food store. regardless I will get my food somewhere else. This place employs are rude and don’t have customer service at all If i have an option to give -start⭐️ I will. Unfortunately i don’t have that option.

  This was a very disappointing experience. The employees were rude and disrespectful, and their attitude came across as very unprofessional. It didn’t feel like they had any sense of customer service at all. I used to stop by this Dunkin every day, sometimes even again in the evening before heading home, but after this experience I won’t be coming back.

  “I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ inside Mondawmin Mall for years now, and it’s one of the better ones in Baltimore for convenience. The coffee is always fresh and strong—iced coffee is my go-to, and it’s never watered down. The donuts are usually good (glazed and Munchkins are always fresh), and the breakfast sandwiches come out hot and quick. Staff is friendly most of the time, and they remember regular orders, which is nice. On the flip side, the lobby can get messy fast—crumbs on tables, cups left around, and sometimes the bathrooms need attention. Parking in the mall lot is a nightmare during peak hours (weekend mornings are the worst), and the line inside can back up when it’s busy. It’s a mall spot, so it’s not gonna be spotless like a standalone, but the food and coffee make up for it. Overall, it’s reliable for a quick caffeine fix or breakfast while shopping. I’ll keep stopping by.”

  This location is very dirty and unkempt. The floor is particularly filthy. I got an ice coffee here but it was not up to standards. I won’t be going back until improvements are made. Not to mention, that staff lacks basic customer service skills.
