  Very disappointing. Simple order, 3 topping pan pizza and a cheese bread they offered a deal on. The status updates showed it was prepped fine, and in the oven. Came out of the oven at 8:19 and entered the "quality check". 43 minutes later, it was out for delivery. It took about 10 minutes to get it delivered, very reasonable, but overall, it was just over ONE HOUR. for two items. The driver said they have a very long list of deliveries that runs off the bottom of the screen, and the manager only has three drivers working. Now, about the food: The cheese bread was crispy dark brown all the way around the edges, and a light brown on top, see the picture. The pan pizza was a totally soft crust, felt like a fresh dinner role instead of the crispy crunchy bottom I expected. Also, using a professional food thermometer, it was 116 degrees under the cheese when we opened the box. ServSave calls this the DANGER zone. I assume this place is ServSafe trained, but I think I will stop in to take a look. I do not want to order from here again for a long while, but the only remedies they offer is free pizza or half off an order. The order was $39.89 for a three topping pizza and a 40% cheese bread. I would like half off, about half off on my order, money sent back to my venmo!! Oh, and they hit me for $5.99 delivery charge which does NOT go to the driver, just additional income for the store. But the driver better get to keep the whole tip!! It was over 20%. She was actually nice and kind. And frustrated, I think. One other thing, after the order went in to the quality check status, the delivery time came much closer to the current time, but then kept incrementing to be the current minute and one minute longer, even before the driver had the order. I've had their food before, it's good. The first time I had from there was about 35 years ago, and it was fine, but we've not been getting it recently because of the cost. So the good parts were the order to oven, and the delivery. 43 minutes from out of the oven to leaving the store is just ridiculous. I should have known with a google rating of 3.6.

  I order pizza over the phone for pick up. The associate who took the order name was so rude and nasty so when I arrived to pick up the pizza I ask to speak with the manager. Come to find out the manager Naija was the one who took the order. I was so appalled. I will never order from there again and if the kids hadn’t been hungry for the pizza I definitely wouldn’t have gotten it. Please avoid this dominos pizza.
