The worst experience I've had at Dave and Busters. No one came to serve me and when I got up to ask if I can order i was told maybe, then questioned if I was alone or not like that matters. Can I order or not? I said that's fine and sat back down. 10 minutes later no one came to ask what I wanted so I ended up leaving. Do not recommend this place. They weren't doing anything but walking around in circles talking.

We took my fiancé’s son to the Dave & Buster’s at White Marsh Mall for his 13th birthday, and it ended up being such a great experience. The games were fun, the food was delicious, and the energy in the place made it perfect for a birthday celebration.
We did run into an issue with the game cards that came with the meal package—they weren’t working at first—but both our server and the manager handled it quickly and professionally. They got everything fixed so the kids could get right back to playing, which we really appreciated.
We had a group of about 15 people spread across roughly six separate checks, and everything was handled smoothly with no confusion or delays. Between the service, the food, and the overall atmosphere, we left very pleased with our visit.
We’ll definitely continue coming back to this location for future outings and celebrations.

We had an amazing experience celebrating my two sons’ birthday at Dave & Buster’s, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Santa (yes, like Santa Claus!) and our waiter, Elias.
From the moment we walked in, Santa set the tone with such a warm and welcoming energy. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs right away. Then Elias came through and truly took the experience to the next level. He was incredibly helpful, had a great sense of humor, and kept us laughing the entire time. His service was top-tier and made the celebration feel even more special.
They both went above and beyond to make sure my boys had an unforgettable birthday, and I really appreciate the care and attention they showed our family.
10s, 10s, 10s across the board. Highly recommend!

Place is trash. They have the best selection of games but the staff there is absolutely horrible. Always have attitudes. I don’t understand people that work in the industry and are just rude. I’ve literally have never had good service and tonight I walked out absolutely disgusted at the treatment from their bartender.

My family and I attended this exact location for the first time on Easter as a group of 4 . I made reservations but was told it was self seating . We asked around for a server and then one approached our table to serve she goes by the name of Nikia. The drinks were watered down when she served them so I asked for a a change which was no issue . As we finished some of our meal and was done ordering I asked for the bill . Nikia came back with the bill which was wayyyy more than I calculated as I looked at the bill she instantly stated “Dave and busters automatically adds gratuity to every bill” . I paid it with no issue she asked what form of receipt I would like and I said printed . She came back with the receipt sat it under one of the to go trays and walked away quickly . As I looked at the receipt it said nothing about gratuity which I’m sure restaurants usually do and it was not mentioned in the beginning of serving which I’m sure restaurants do as well. So I approached the woman at the front who were checking people in. And explained that she added a tip to herself and we were not told about gratuity . They then stated that is usually for a party of 7 or more and that the signs were on the table. And that she is a server as well and knows they are suppose to mention it in the beginning . She then called a manager . This woman said the same thing and gave me a card to call Tony a manager who was able to do a refund bc she couldn’t and said that he was not in and will be in the next day but wasn’t sure of the time . I then went to the register at the bar where Nikia was and stated my issue with how she billed us. Luckily I was approached by a manager who was very helpful , understanding and respectfully . Whose name happen to be Tony, yupp the exact manager who another manager told me was not in today so that was a lie. Tony assisted us and was able to help us. He did state that there are signs on the table about the gratuity and proceeded to walk to our area to show me. He went over to the other side and grabbed it and then showed me and said “yea you guys do not have one on your table” he then asked how many of us there were and I said 4 . Which usually there is gratuity for a party of 7 or more. He then fixed the issue with no hesitation and was very honest about the situation . In which his co workers were not honest at all . I do no appreciation the poor customer service from the rest and will not be returning to this location. Nikia needs to be held responsible for being dishonest and basically taking from people . I was already going to give her a tip of more than what she took from us and could not do that due to her dishonesty . I’m sure she did it to plenty other families but they didn’t look into it like I did . After a while and after the situation she kept walking by our table and was laughing as if it was funny which was very disrespectful.
