- TOTony Oh!Mar 17, 20261.0BEWARE! This location (maybe all?) steals from dine-in customers. They charge for a take-out bag whether you buy one or not. It's happened twice. The first time, after I noticed and went back to the counter for a refund, the cashier said that EVERYONE is charged for a bag. The second time, after the manager asked if my order was dine in and told "yes," and while he was placing my order on a tray, he also simultaneously charged me for a take-out bag. Then he FLAT-OUT LIED and said he didn't know my order was dine in. Both times, I demanded a refund. Some might say it's not a big deal, but this is theft. No different than going to a grocery store and taking a gallon of milk to the register, and then the cashier tacks on a charge for a pack of gum that you never purchased. I am going back to order dine-in again. I will record the interaction. If they steal from me a third time, I will forward the video and receipt to the Maryland Attorney General's office. This is a consumer scam and needs to be exposed.
