  Place opens whenever it feels like it. You can literally stand there and get no service until you leave or have to play the passive aggressive nonsense. Meat and rice are often cold so after adding layers it’s just a cold dish vs a blend as should be. Unfortunately cost cutting to retain high profit margins did this location in…. Absolutely horrendous this morning. 9 people waiting at open and then 5 told no steak for an hour as the catering order takes precedent…. Will not, and cannot in good. Faith advise people to patronize this location. It deserves to go broke so that I can learn how to properly handle customers.

  Soda fountain was completely out of all soda. Only poured water. I told the counter and they didn't do anything. A guy went up right after and told them and they gave him a bottle soda. I went back up to the counter and said something again and they weren't doing anything but this time I just stood there and then they asked me what I was going to get to drink and handed me a bottle soda. They had no urgency to fix the soda fountain or tell anyone that it wasn't working and just give them bottle soda instead of handing them a cup knowing the machine didn't work.

  Listen, i don’t usually leave reviews on places because as a previous fast food worker, getting bad reviews sucked, but the staff her are absolutely RIDICULOUS……. They were very rude and disrespectful, I went around 9:00pm today (March 26th) and the 2 female staff were completely out of like and VERY disrespectful. After they made me wait in line for 10 minutes, with no one infront of me while they finished their side conversation about how BADLY they wanted to hurry up and leave and go home (i believe they should be put home permanently) she told me “hi how are you” with a blank expression, I was already irritated from waiting and watching them talk as if they didn’t have a line infront of them, i answered back “Hi, Can i get 2 bowls” to which she responded “I said how are you????” I understand working with customers who are rude and you feel like don’t respect you, but at the end of the day this is a restaurant, I give you my order and we go on with our day, forcing small talk out of me does not make your job easier and does not erase that you made all of your customers listen to how bad y’all hate yall job.. After she demanded me to tell her how I was, her friend in the background told said to me “uh uh i don’t like the attitude” to which i responded “please just make my bowl” and they finally complied after giving me even more attitude and dirty looks. I understand it’s 1hr to close, as previous closer i know how upsetting it is when people come when you are so close to going home, but to act like a damn near bully and be overly disrespectful to your customers is so rude and childish of them to the point where you would think we were in a highschool class room, you are a service provider and i am spending my money at the location, im not saying smile and greet each customer, but to be so overly disre while representing a work place, if you hate your job so much quit, but don’t ruin other people’s experiences just to boost your ego, i will never come back to this location, as well as i hope if you’re reading this you choose to go to the location on boston st instead of this one.

  Ordered 3 chicken bowls. Staff was extremely rude and short and had attitudes. I get to the counter and ask for 3 drinks. Lady says, we are out of small cups is it okay if I give you large cups?. I said yeah that’s fine. I pay. The i stand at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for my cups. I said excuse me, can I have my drink cups please? Different lady said did you pay for them? I said yes, she said you were out of small cups and that i could have a large cup instead. She looks at me confused and genuinely pulls out 3 small cups one by one. I said, oh, thank you. Went to get the drink. Why is every drink literally just sputtering out fizz. Don’t feel like typing it out but the girls behind the counter start arguing about our use of the cups. I said you literally gave me this cup for the drink machine. She said what? I never said that. Ended up having to pay for 3 sprite bottles. Worst chipotle experience in my life. And they were out of black beans, chicken Al pastor, and lettuce. ???
