  Charger me extra chicken and I didn’t even get extra chicken!!!!!!!!! I asked why my bowl was damn near $20 and they said it was the new price of the chicken Al pastor + guacamole. LIES!!!! The line is always long, staff is rude. The food assembly line looks dirty! Making food with dirty gloves. Absolutely not acceptable!!!!!!!!

  Great spot - they don’t always have all of the supplies they need, they might be out of the thing you want, but they still have fun with it and give you what they can. And it’s chipotle so how bad can it be? Answer: it’s always pretty good. Check it out and give them a thank you, they often deserve it. 🌱

  While placing my order I noticed the food serving counter was nasty. I requested the server to wipe down the counter. She did not understand what I was asking. However the cashier heard the request but did not bother to explain to the server. I then ask the cashier for the manager. The manager a white lady comes out with an attitude as if i was bothering her. She gives a nasty look and said yeah we will wipe it down. I knew at that point that based on the leadership a dirty counter was acceptable. How are they gonna try to gas light me for wanting my food plated in a clean and sanitary manner. If the front of the house is nasty you best believe the back of the house is the same. The picture below was taken after the team member cleaned the counter. Lesson learned - take my self home and prepare my own food. Also not even sure the rag used to half heartedly wipe the counter had any cleaning solution.

  This was my first eating Chipotle food or going to their store. The food was ok, I much prefer Qdoba. However the service? Absolutely rude. Me and my coworker ordered ahead through the mobile app. For those who don't know, you do that so that you DON'T HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE FOR YOUR FOOD! You pick it up at the mobile pick up area usually next to the register. A lady whom appears to be foreign and standing near the cashier station, told me an my coworker after being given our food. "Next time you get in line" with a rude attitude and snark. If you don't like your job, for yours and everyone else's sake, please stay home. No one asked you to apply for a job at a fast food restaurant. We came in and were respectful, and as someone representing a company's brand you should be respectful too. I can't speak for my coworker, but I most definitely will not be returning to this location. I don't trust nasty people with my food.
