  This is easily one of the worst-run locations in the city. The staff act more like they’re hanging out with friends than doing their jobs—constantly on their phones, joking around, and completely disengaged from customers. On top of that, they somehow manage to run out of food during peak lunch hours EVERY SINGLE WEEK, which is just inexcusable. Waiting until the pan is completely empty to start making more chicken isn’t just inefficient—it’s a clear sign of poor management and zero planning. Not to mention the soda/lemonade machine is leaking all over the floor near the entrance and none of them bothered to clean up or put up a "Wet Floor" sign - which is dangerous. To make matters worse, the customer service is consistently rude and dismissive. It’s frustrating from start to finish, and there’s absolutely no excuse for a place to operate this poorly. Pathetic management. I actually feel bad for the staff because they aren't getting any real skills. No one else would want to hire employees that act like that. Save yourself some trouble and go to the one located at 600 E Pratt.. much better staff, quality of food, everything....

  Literally the worst chipotle I have ever gone to. Never has meat cooked and employees are poorly trained. Food quality is bad.

  This is, without question, the worst Chipotle location I have ever visited. I have consistently had positive experiences with Chipotle locations across the United States, which makes the conditions at this restaurant especially unacceptable. During my visit, it was evident that there was either no management on site or that management has completely failed in its responsibilities. If management was present, immediate corrective action, including termination, should be strongly considered. Multiple employees were idle while the restaurant was in clear disarray. Tables were filthy, trash bins were overflowing, utensils were not stocked, the soda fountain was out of ice, and the steak protein was unavailable with no effort made to prepare more. This was the condition of the restaurant at approximately 3:00 PM, well within peak operating hours. Staff were also engaged in inappropriate conversations, further demonstrating a lack of professionalism and oversight. To make matters worse, I personally observed four individuals walk in, take beverages without paying, and leave, completely unnoticed by staff. This location is clearly mismanaged from top to bottom. Corporate leadership needs to intervene immediately, take control of this store, and either retrain, replace, or remove the current staff. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a brand of Chipotle’s reputation.

  It was lunch time so this location was packed. However, the 1st staff member I came in contact with appeared to have slight attitude and the 4 trash cans were overflowing and there was trash on the floors. My party reported the overflowing staff to a team member who either didn't see it even as he threw trash there, but he seemed unbothered and more concerned with interacting with a female staff member. I definitely prefer other locations.

  This is how my food looked when i ordered it off of door dash , and we reported the issue and they told us this is how they make their bowls and they said that we have to request extra portions and also one bowl only had melted cheese in it and the chipotle team support was soooo unprofessional and horrible !
