- JSJulio Sanchez3 days ago1.0I came at 10:40 am and an employee told me to wait 5 minutes. Which i did. In fact they didn’t attend me until 10:51. Which was also okay with me. I asked for steak and they told me it wasn’t ready. Then i asked for the manager and asked him how long he proceeded to tell me 20 more minutes. And i asked him why if the store opens at 10:45 he responded with “it’s just what it is” and walked away. Worse customer service, failed to prepare before opening despite the fact that there was about 10 employee's working at the front. This is somewhere i eat always but i wont be coming back.

You have to wait forever just to get your food even when you order from the site/app. The food order was just sitting in the back even when they said it wasn’t ready. Employees stare in your face and offer no customer service. Rude, trashy, disgusting and distasteful. Close this store down Immediately.

He told me to order it online then. He was extremely unprofessional, had an attitude from the minute he walked up and threw this tantrum, instead of just taking off the rice from the bill.
