  Unpopular opinion maybe… but I go to Chick-fil-A for ONE thing: the ice 🧊🥰 That soft, crunchy, perfectly chewable nugget ice? Elite. I’m obsessed. The fact that I can literally buy bags of it any day of the week makes me way too happy. Forget the menu—I’m here for the ice, every time.

  I recently visited this location and it’s usually a pleasant experience but today it was not, the person who took my order Janet took it completely wrong, I asked her for a large macaroni and she instead gave me a large fry and when I returned to tell her about the mistake she told me I was mistaken because of what was printed on the receipt, my daughters love chick fil a macaroni I treat them to it every Friday so I assure you I told her I wanted a large macaroni with their meal NOT a fry, there was no remorse, no apology, no regret, and when I was shuffled along and handed off to the manager Sienna I was met with the same rude and dismissive demeanor. I ordered a spicy chicken meal that was forgotten, I asked for a frozen lemonade, that was some old milkshake concoction that was utterly disgusting. After I went all the way home and had to drive back because of their mistakes and then I was still forced to pay full price for the macaroni after I gave them the large fry back, and finally a lackluster apology about the sandwich, This is not the quality upstanding chick fil a service I am accustomed to I am appalled, disappointed and in utter shock

  That breakfast chicken bowl with eggs and hash browns was so nasty. The hash browns was cold chicken was dry I would never but a breakfast bowl from here . I’m on the toilet.

  **LONG, BUT WORTH THE READ** Decided to break for dinner at 4pm today after heading to the restroom. While waiting, Dolice came from the stall and walked right out the door. Me: excuse me ma’am, do you work here? Her: Yes! I asked her is she was going to wash her hands, and blew me off! After brining this to supervisor (Brian) attention, his disposition was the same as Dolice ( as if to say “who cares we’re spreading our germs to other people”) I prefer Chick-fil-A because of their HIGHER standard and quality of service I always received. If ur hiring people who don’t practice good hygiene…send them to work cleaning the dumpsters and not handling peoples food. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE!!! UNACCEPTABLE - PERIOD!!!! Glad I went inside and not drive thru because I could’ve got violently ill🤮 Nonetheless, after seeing that I spent ZERO DOLLARS!!!
