Ordered from the drive thru today 4/9 at 10:00am. The guy seemed genuinely uninterested and refused to scan my reward app when asked.....like bro that's literally your job..also charged for a large hash brown and given a small. They also forgot the straw for the frozen coffee. When I asked for a straw and they said it was in the bag already..it was not.. This will be my last time at this location since my last bad experience where a part of the metal bristle from the brush was found on one of my chicken nuggets a few months prior and they basically didn't do anything.

Today I ordered my child a meal from this location. She bit into one of her fries and looked at me and said something was wrong. She spat it out and immediately threw up. She was crying saying it tasted really bad. When I called the restaurant the first person I spoke to told me they needed to wait until 4 or 5 people had similar problems to do anything. The second person I spoke to rudely told me they would check this, that, and so on. And said “all I will do is refund your fries”. Number one, I never asked for a refund. But a sincere apology and genuine act of concern would’ve been nice. Nobody ate their food after seeing it vomit up on the table. I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated and for the lack of concern this staff has after serving food that made a child sick.

I would have considered the 4 or 5 stars across the board before today's experience. I was the Bicycle rider who entered the drive thru (only 1 or 2 in line, not busy) and was greeted by the one nice gentlemen outside who glady took my order and payment and wished me a good day, thank you. As I approach the window I then have to deal with another employee calculating numbers out loud to then ask me for another $30. I then have to go through the explanation that I already paid the guy out front. (Lol it was a Chik-Fila employee that I paid lol) After that back and forth the next employee has to step up to the window and argue that I need to come inside and bikes are not allowed and the other employe should have known and I dont know why he took your order and blah. Couldn't just hand me my shit there. So I walk in and have to act like I am in line again, I have to explain to the counter person that I already paid from the drive through. (The previous window lady should have conveyed that message, that is what customer service is.) I am not part of the employment staff the coaching session should be with the gentlemen outside if this is your policy and signs should be posted regarding bikes in drive through. But I think he did a very pleasent job compared to the other 2-3 employeees I had to interact with especially what seems to be one of the managers. A simple sorry sir we dont allow bikes in the drive through would have done. And since the damage was already done give me my food at the window! insted of having to loop around again to come back inside. (defeats the purpose of looping around the parking lot on a bike, if that is what they were trying to prevent.) Next time post signs. I am not one of these Juveniles coming over from the Middle school. Kuddos to the gentlemen out front for being pleasent. ================ Btw the policy is not stated on the website. ================ 4/8/26 After having providing my information to 1800 and making this review, no reach out from Hung Ly regarding this concern

This was my first negative experience at a Chick-fil-A location. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with pepper jack cheese, but when I received my food, the sandwich was missing both the cheese and pickles. When I brought it to their attention, instead of checking for a possible mistake, they immediately assumed I had ordered it incorrectly because the bag label said “no pickles.” There was no consideration that the order might have been mixed up. I was told they could remake it, but I would have to pay extra for the cheese, despite already having paid for it. When they brought the replacement sandwich, it had American cheese instead of pepper jack. They then took it back and swapped it for a cold slice of pepper jack cheese, which clearly wasn’t prepared properly and the excuse was they don’t have a microwave. On top of that, when we asked for extra sauce, we were completely ignored and had to ask another staff member. After finding my receipt and showing proof that my order was correct, there was still no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. The staff remained unfriendly throughout the interaction. I decided I no longer wanted the sandwich and asked for a refund, they required me to hand back all the food, which they then threw away before processing it. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and lacking in basic customer care. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference and unfortunately, this location handled it poorly.
