  The delivery was timely at least. Cheesesteaks were okay for a chain sub place. Didn’t see any jalapenos, which were ordered on both subs. The milkshakes were just soft serve and globs of strawberry sauce, or oreo cookies in my fiancés case. They weren’t even spun or mixed or anything. No straws and/or spoons for the “milkshakes”. Not sure how you can screw up so bad with such a limited menu. Also, the delivery driver barely spoke english and seemed thoroughly confused delivering to the hospital entrance that is 0.2 miles away from the place. Crazy work guys.

  Charley’s Cheesesteak and Wings was a place I stopped going to due to poor customer service twice a few years ago. I finally decided to give them another try and boom 💥 they delivered. The young lady who took my order provided me with excellent service. Very nice, respectful and friendly. She was cleaning afterwards keeping it tidy inside. Washed her hands 🙌🏾 after touching the broom 🧹. The food was delicious 😋. I will definitely 💯 % be going back and looking 👀 forward to more beautiful experiences at Charley’s.5 stars all around.

  If you care about cleanliness or food safety, stay far away from this place. They use the same utensils for meat and vegetarian subs no effort to avoid cross-contamination at all. The person working the register handled cash, then went straight to making food without washing their hands. That’s disgusting and completely unsanitary. My sub was soggy, flavorless, and thrown together with zero care. This place is a health hazard and an absolute waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

  Welp! Idk about anybody else 😌😌👌🏽 But my food was delicious 😋, took me 5minutes to get home and my food was still hot. I will be back tomorrow ☺️‼️
