The design was absolutely lovely and perfectly suited for the occasion, and the taste was just as amazing-fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. One of the things I appreciate most about this shop is its warm, family-friendly atmosphere. It’s owned and operated by a husband and wife team, and you can really feel the personal touch they bring to everything they do. Their kindness and dedication to their customers make every visit a pleasant experience. I have been a loyal customer for over six years, and they have never disappointed. Whether it’s a special event or just a simple treat, I always know I can count on them for quality and great service. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for delicious, beautifully made cakes!

We received an attitude when we asked why the blenders had already been washed, so we left. 5 minutes later, I looked online and saw Google says this place closes at 10 pm. So, I called them to ask and she said yes, they close at 10 pm. We have no interest nor intention of returning to this location because they can't keep track of when to close or shut things down in a timely manner. We went to Cold Stone and got great customer service.

- LLLarry LawsonApr 19, 20252.0There is no such thing as a perfect business and in most cases they are allowed to have an off day but how those off days are handled determines the quality and integrity of an establishment. Baskin disappointed me today and I have lost trust in this location. I have been a patron for years with no problems until this evening. I purchased premade ice cream…or what I thought was ice cream and it was over churned. It was almost the consistency of whipped butter. I returned it to the store and the manager/supervisor informed me that I would have to wait until it melted?!?! So then I guess I would have melted whipped butter. She also told me they don’t make the premade containers in the store and that I could not exchange it for the fresh hand packed containers. Apparently the premade quarts are made by the corporate office. As a customer what does that have to do with me? They sold it to me so they should be responsible for the product. I typed all this out to warn those who purchase from this location. Nine times out of ten the ice cream will be great…just don’t end up being that one with terrible ice cream because you will be out of luck. For me it’s the principle not the $7.99 quart of ice cream. I will not patronize businesses that don’t stand by their products. I gave them 2 stars because they did allow me to get another prepackaged quart of ice cream. It was much better but still over churned.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
