I was really excited to try this place, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. I had a reservation, yet upon arrival we were asked to wait. Then about 15 minutes after being sat, they told us the kitchen was temporarily closed because they were busy. Which is shocking because there were a lot of open tables. Then the table next to us (which was sat after us), had their order taken. Our server didn’t even return to our table at this point. Then after finally placing our order, we decided to cancel and just pay for the drinks. They refused to take the food off the bill even though we hadn’t even received it yet. To me, it’s just bad form. I won’t be coming back.

Had lunch hear recently with a couple friends. Service was great, like we were long time friends with the bartender. Food came out quick and was tasty. Would go again when I’m in the area

We do a thing when the weather starts warming up. We do “bike crawls“. We start in Canton and go all around the Inner Harbor having cocktails on the way. We had stopped at another location and their bartender suggested we stop here for grapefruit crushes. On the way back from Fort McHenry we stopped here and were not disappointed with their grapefruit crushes. We only stopped for drinks and to check out the place. The service was awesome. Our server noticed that we were speaking in Spanish and he started engaging with us in Spanish. Very likable fellow and enhanced our experience there. We want to come back and taste their food. I will bring my friends.

I have food allergies and can’t eat out at most restaurants. But I was with a group of people and brought my own food.
The cook insisted that he could make food for me that was safe. Long story short I got very sick for over a week after I ate chips that he deep fried in cross contaminated oil.
He also told me never to bring my own food again. Overly confident, rude and don’t listen to me.

I want to like this place so much but it’s just not it. I’ve been here several times and each time something is lacking. The food is expensive and each dish is over seasoned and over sauced. Squirting mustard all over the plate is not garnish or attractive plating. All that aside, the atmosphere is great. Outdoor tables are plentiful. I just wish they simplified their dishes and had more realistic pricing.
