  I already don’t eat Arby’s. I came in there today like well. Let me try it out. I stood there at the front of store for like seven minutes, looking dumb because they act like they weren’t gonna acknowledge the fact that I was standing there trying to placing an order it was not even busy. It’s Arby’s like are you for real? That’s why nobody comes and shops there now then y’all got the nerve to already have a poor rating and poor customer service at this location we’re starting off there. I came back to edit my review because as I scroll down to look at the other complaints and reviews, someone had took pictures of the same thing that I’m talking about and it’s the same women standing there in the pictures that stood there and allowed me to stand there and act like they weren’t gonna serve me as well so when are y’all gonna do something as far as talk to your representatives about their customer service because clearly there’s an issue if you scroll two reviews down, you’ll see a guy I believe who posted photos saying the same exact thing that I’m saying, but in a different statement ridiculous

  My food was delicious I got 2 orders of fries one curly 1 crinkle and a fish deluxe meal. It was the best fast food fish sandwich I've ever had.

  I would never be coming back to these place the lady who took my order she was nice and everything but half way of eating my cheese burger their was a hair on my burger I couldn’t finish it and I went to tell them that their was a hair on my burger and they were just staring at each other like if I wasn’t there and they just ask me if i just wanted another one heck no I don’t want another hair on my order and I told them that it was fine and they just started talking shit behind my back and they did not even give me my money the only thing they said they would make a new one but I did not wanted to say anything else I just won’t be coming back 😒😑 and beside that I told the lady from the front their was no toilet paper on the bathroom and my nose was bleeding and I didn’t wanted to use the one they had for the hands because it’s kinda hard and I told the lady and she just gave some napkins so yeah.

  Don’t mean to be difficult but I placed a order at the window for a sandwich and mozzarella sticks after I pay y’all tell me you can’t refund me for my mozzarella sticks because yall ran out I have to get a refund online 🤦🏽‍♂️
