The app makes things super easy. Also the rewards I get for just doing my regular shopping is nice 🙂 too. I saved an extra 10.00 with my reward points and that's a huge perk. I love my Giant. I shoo in Baltimore on Fort Ave.

I was trying to get a discount, but it required the Giant app. I had trouble making an account and the in-store customer service was not only unhelpful, but rude. They told me to contact customer service and I was like... this is customer service, and you can't help me? Other places would have just applied the discount or helped me contact corporate. I just left my cart and took my business to the Harris Teeter down the street.

One thing though: be careful buying cheese in either the dairy section or the cheese section near the bakery. We've gotten cheese on a number of occasions that's been moldy. It's to a point, where we might just get from somewhere else.
