- BPBrittany ParsonsApr 2, 20261.0I think this is the last day I'll ever come to this dunkin. Every time I come to this location, I would say 8/10 times I come to this location, I have some sort of issue. The staff does not take well to altering any drinks. They either say they cant do it, they make a completely different drink, or they make something that's not drinkable. Today, we ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. We got up to the window and one of the drinks (a protein banana cloud latte) wasn't rang up. Then when we asked about it, they dumped basic ice coffee into a cup and handed it to us. Of course charging us for what they wanted to charge us and not giving us a receipt. There is another dunkin around the corner. It doesn't have a drive thru, but it is worth saving the headache to just walk in and get what you ordered without a fight or getting something you didn't ask for. TL;DR : save your time, money, and frustrations and go around the corner to the other Dunkin. They're substantially more competent at the other location.
