This was extremely unprofessional and needs to be addressed as telling people they are replaceable creates a hostile work environment and was an extremely disturbing conversation to overhear.

I have been getting my morning coffee there for years and the baristas there have always been wonderful. That Starbucks does an incredible job and is popular w us locals. However, in the last year it seems the Safeway Mgr lost interest in the coffee kiosk. Recently there is no manager and many times they aren’t open early, so staffing seems to be declining! It’s disappointing to see that the Starbucks as part of the Safeway store isn’t valued…. The whole location should be upgraded and someone needs to answer to us locals. I am contacting Starbucks about this too! TY
