I order on the app for pick up almost every time I go, & something is always missing, or the completely wrong items will be given to me. Apparently the staff has difficulty reading English as well. It is frustrating communicating any issue to the staff with a language barrier.
- RBRobert barbatoFeb 17, 20261.0My family and I went through the drive-thru and I asked the manager for a large strawberry milkshake with just a little bit of chocolate in it and the manager said okay I got up to the window and he handed me 4 milkshakes I had only ordered one then the manager told me that I could not have a refund on the four milkshakes so I handed them back to him he just could not understand English he gave me the refund for the milkshakes but would not put a little bit of chocolate in my strawberry milkshake he was very rude and if you cannot speak English you should not be a manager at a McDonald's and have to speak to other people that speak English
