  Janele is an outstanding team member at Dunkin’ Donuts. Every time I visit, she greets customers with a warm smile and a positive attitude that immediately makes the experience better. She is fast, efficient, and clearly knows her job well, even during busy rushes. Janele takes the time to make sure orders are accurate and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Her friendliness and professionalism truly stand out, and she is a big reason I enjoy coming back to this Dunkin. Highly recommend recognizing her hard work and dedication.

  I ordered there earlier. I was given the flavor swirl instead instead of the shot I ordered. No big deal. Simple mistake. I can’t have dairy so I let them know sorry this was supposed to be the shot and they remade it. The order was a regular hot coffee with oat milk and the new coffee they gave me was nearly white (nondairy milk doesn’t make the coffee that light) and with a bunch of foam on top. When I went back in they told me this was what I ordered and it’s supposed to look like that. It clearly wasn’t dairy free and I literally had to go in , order and pay for a new one to get the right coffee. They literally lied about the last coffee being correct, and the new coffee I had to pay for looked completely different than the one they said was correct. The new one had no foam (because a regular coffee doesn’t have that) and was significantly darker (as it’s supposed to be) . I gave away the wrong one that I had to pay for because they refused to make it correctly and the person agreed it was clearly dairy and said it was a distinct combination and it tasted like banana, so idk what they even gave me, but lying to my face and refusing to correct their mistake is ridiculous. I’m allergic to dairy and informed them of it and it’s really disgusting to play with someone’s health like this. This was such a long drawn out ordeal for no reason

  Super rude employees! Unable to answer questions or provide any insight. Maybe free coffee could improve their mood and or work ethic!
