  I ordered a pizza from this place through UBER eats. When I received the order there were no safety seals, stickers, or tape attached to the box to protect my pizza from being tampered with. I called the store and the gentleman with broken English said he was the manager stating, “we don’t got that kinda stuff”. I will not be ordering from this store again.

  The pizza is normally good until I was stopped at my car. I normally go here during the day when the older heavy guy is working but tonight it’s a bald guy at the register, a bald delivery driver and Hispanic “cook”. As I was parking I watched an Asian guy come from next door and go straight behind the counter. I proceeded to go inside and ask who the cook was and the cashier pointed him out and I asked will he was his hands because he was in his phone and face…yuck. The cashier said he would but I’m I’m sure he wouldn’t have if I didn’t say anything but nonetheless I then asked about the Asian guy and was told it’s ok because he’s not touching food. Huh? That man went behind the counter leaning over the upper counter where the pizza boxes are talking with spit going and his hand inside of a circular aluminum tray…the same supplies tht ppl food will be going in…JUST NASTY AND UNSANITARY. The time is now 8:34 as I sit in their parking lot in my car writing this review. I will be reporting this because that was totally unacceptable‼️ UPDATE: I went back in on Sunday the 19th and was greeted by the owners daughter. She was pleasant and apologized for the initial unhygienic incident. Her dad apologized as well and assured me that he would address it. He also made my pizza himself and threw a treat in too! Now I feel better about going back to my favorite spot to get my pizza!

  I ordered the cheese burger sub combo. The hamburger was over cooked and hard around the edges. I felt like it was cook the day before. The fries were flimsy not crispy as they advertised. I won't be going back to the Arbutus location again...

  I'd just like to give the gentleman answering the phone and the manager who stepped in a thank you. I understand the online ordering service was messed up and the manager was SO incredibly patient while trying to correct our order. We had the correction redelivered in a decent amount of time. Everything was delicious as always, and my husband is now a fan of the gyro!
