- ASAndrew Sushkov6 days ago1.0I placed an online order on November 18, 2025 (Order D05CAF5D, 12:25) and paid in advance. When I came to pick it up, staff said there was no such order and nobody could tell me what happened. There’s no customer support option in the app, and I wasn’t able to reach the manager (Rosy) — no reply. I left with no sandwich and no refund information. Please fix your pickup process and add clear support/contact options in the app.
- JKJ. K.Jul 8, 20231.0Horrible sandwiches. They will give you the minimum of all ingredients. The sandwiches are the skimpiest subs I've ever had. Not even worth stopping in there for food. Don't eat here. It's dirty and the people working there don't care about hygiene.

I have tried calling the store so many times I can’t even count them all and I’ve contacted customer support all to no avail! So would I recommend… NEVER!!!! They lost my business permanently! The photos shown were taken at 1:35 p.m. and 3:35 p.m. the day of the order which was November 23, 2021
