When I came to pick it up, staff said there was no such order and nobody could tell me what happened. There’s no customer support option in the app, and I wasn’t able to reach the manager (Rosy) — no reply. I left with no sandwich and no refund information. Please fix your pickup process and add clear support/contact options in the app.
