When I came to pick it up, staff said there was no such order and nobody could tell me what happened. There’s no customer support option in the app, and I wasn’t able to reach the manager (Rosy) — no reply. I left with no sandwich and no refund information. Please fix your pickup process and add clear support/contact options in the app.
- ABarnaldo BSMar 23, 20211.0Bad service and customer service, went inside to ask for the sub of the day apparently this location doesn't serve it. after ordering multiple sandwiches and meals combo had to wait approximately 10 to 15 minutes while the employee battled the computer by hitting it because the card reader didn't work. Had to leave without my order because I was short on time and didn't have cash on me to pay it cash
