So dry there wasn't any flavor. I thought I was chewing on shoe leather. The sauces were good though. Waitress was super friendly amd attentive. Loved the blues BBQ atmosphere and they had a decent draft beer selection but i won't be, back you can see how dry the brisket was in the photo.

Black n Blue burger had great flavor and was properly cooked. Brisket sandwich also was done well... brisket was still juicy and flavorful. Red Beans and rice, Mac n cheese and greens all above board! Not one item was a miss. Absolutely will be back!
- TTTobyMar 20, 20265.0This Red Hot & Blue is a barn-front BBQ house with a windmill on top. I’ve been a couple of times. Walk-in both. Last time three of us. A short wait on a busy night. Friendly, organised greeter. We ordered dry rub ribs, brisket and smoked sausage with mac and cheese, collard greens, slaw and cornbread. The ribs had a firm bark and clean pull from the bone. The sausage snapped and carried smoke. Brisket sliced thick and held together. Mac and cheese soft and rich. Greens cooked down. Cornbread moist with a firmer edge. I used every sauce on the table. Mild. Sweet. Hot. Vinegar. Each has a place on my plate. Finished with key lime pie and a brownie sundae. Smooth filling. Sweet cream. A chocolate end. Generous plates. Good BBQ. Strong sauces. Will return.
