Just tried them for the first time. The wings are excellent, very flavorful. The seasoned fries are good. The staff are all friendly, polite and helpful. The only thing I can recommend is get more flavors for your wings.

Literally standing there inside the restaurant at the register. No one said anything to me and never took my order. But when other people came in they came to the counter to ask if they had pick up orders . Straight ignoring me like i wasn’t even standing there waiting. Terrible customer service and all the employees are in the back or at the order screen
Worst customer experience - staff ignored 15+ people waiting on orders, talked to each other instead of worked, and let several people walk out without food despite having ordered and paid. Suggest re-training or removing management. Will never visit this or any Wingstop location again. Strongly caution anyone else against ordering.
Ordered pickup from the Wingstop in Annapolis today and had a really poor experience. I was told my order would be ready soon, but while I waited, completed orders kept piling up on the pickup shelves behind the counter. No one was calling out names because the employee at the register walked away.
After about 15 minutes, I finally asked if my order was ready. It turns out it had been sitting there the whole time and was already cold.
To make it worse, the order was incorrect. I specifically paid extra for all flat wings and did not receive them. When I went back inside with the wing box, the employee demanded to see my entire order and began going through the bags. While moving the paper the wings were sitting on, she ended up accidentally touching the wings themselves. We calmly explained that we weren’t trying to give them a hard time and simply wanted the order corrected, but we were met with hostility. When we asked for new wings since someone had touched the food, she argued that she didn’t touch them, even though we clearly saw it happen.
Between the lack of communication, cold food, incorrect order with paid upcharges ignored, and careless food handling followed by denial and hostility, this was a really disappointing experience.
The employees act as if they’re miserable and couldn’t care less. It’s a shame because the food is always so good, but the attitude and ambiance of the restaurant make me want to patron elsewhere.

Me & my son went into wing stop to get him dinner. We waited about 25-30 minutes for a 10pc and fries. While waiting the staff had a very inappropriate conversation. They talked alot about their personal life not work related at all! The manager was talking to the cook about someone who was recently fired. She stated “she wanted me to fire him but couldn’t afford to do it.” I feel like the wait time was long because of instead of focusing on making the food and getting the order out they were conversing amongst themselves. I WILL NOT be returning. The chicken was hot but the fries weren’t. The cook asked twice what was the name for our order in between conversations. I am highly dissatisfied and recommend that the staff is reminded that they have to be professional and have appropriate conversations in front of the guest.
