After about a minute, an employee finally responded and told me they wouldn’t be taking orders for another 10 minutes. I’m not sure why a “fast food” restaurant would make customers wait in an empty drive-thru just to place an order. Needless to say I drove off, but as I was leaving, I noticed an employee wearing a headset standing outside the door smoking a cigarette. That said it all for me. I won’t be returning to this location. I don’t feel comfortable trusting my food to a team that handles business like that.
