  I’ve probably had hundreds of dollars stolen from me by these people. They consistently falsely advertise coupons, and when I get to the checkout, the coupons do not apply. If it is the self check out it’ll take 10 minutes for an employee to come and assist and they will not be able to actually resolve the issue. I don’t want to waste everyone’s time behind me in line, so I have just stopped raising the issue. If it is a typical check out with a real human, there will be a 20 minute line. Clearly the result of a corporate managers cutting costs by not hiring enough people, and increasing I’m revenue by refusing to give out the advertised coupons, with hopes that not enough people will take the time and effort to complain.

  Well, that’s it, I’m done. After spending 200+ a week here, no more. The woman you constantly put on self checkout, the older blonde lady is probably the worst customer service person I have ever met, and I’m tired of her blatant verbal abuse of customers. One to many times and I’m done. Lidl and aldi are cheaper anyway, good riddance Edit: her name is sandy

  The cashier Nancy is the slowest person I’ve ever seen checking people out she argues with customers and takes her time when she sees that a customer is frustrated about how slow she is going. I’ve been coming to this grocery store for over 25 years. I’ve never in my life. Been insulted by a cashier and seen a cashier purposely go slow. It looks like she has a broken wrist or carpal tunnel. She can barely lift items and put it through the register. Why is she even a cashier?

  The blonde woman at self check out is incredibly rude. She called my 71 year old mother stupid today. I will not come here again if this is the kind of staff they keep employed.
