Ariana was way out of line and very disrespectful. My Mother is a 60 year old woman and this young lady had the audacity to call her SELFISH and IGNORANT! through via text message. She called her IGNORANT! this young lady is White and My Mother is Black American Woman and This lady had the nerve to call My Mother IGNORANT! Over the fact that she said that we will be going to another Dunkin Donuts due to Ariana being rude. My Mother has not only brought Ariana things but she,also brought the whole afternoon staff stuff as well for holidays and birthdays. and this is the treatment she gets? Smh! , it’s very unacceptable my mother is a Paying Customer! If nothing is done about Ariana Disrespectful Actions then we will be taking My Mother’s complaints to higher Authority!
