  Waiter was great. Food was good but when I make a reservation for 7:30, I don’t expect to wait an additional 40 minutes to be seated. What’s the point of a reservation if the restaurant isn’t going to reserve a table.

  We had a welcome party for my son's wedding on the night of October 24th.Akeem met us at the door, and let us know they were setting everything up for our event. He made sure everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, the food was perfect, and all of our guest were well taken care of. I cannot say enough about our experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Thank you Akeem, Taylor and all of the amazing staff who bent over backwards to give all a beautiful evening. (Wish I had everyone's name). All of our guests are still talking about it, and the sunset did not disappoint.

  Exceptional service was provided to us by our waitress, Amber. Our sommelier, Roger, gave very good attention as well, and picked the perfect wine to go with dinner. The lava cake for dessert was the best I've ever had! A special shout out to Taylor, who noticed that we prayed before dinner and stopped by to offer up a heartfelt prayer with us. That made our anniversary very special.

  We’ve been here probably 8 times now over the last 5 years, and it’s the same thing every time. Food is always phenomenal. Starting with the positives. Big fan of the food. That’s where the positives end. Service here is always always always subpar, and this is coming from 2 people who have a combined 15 years in restaurants. We have never once had a server here who was 10 out of 10. It’s always someone in the weeds, someone that doesn’t know the menu, doesn’t know their wines, or someone that forgets to ring in parts of our order. Our hometown in Melbourne, FL has a Chart House and we’ve been there many times and the service is always above and beyond, but unfortunately at this location we’ve never had that experience. We’ve also never had a manager do a table touch in all the times that we’ve been here. That’s something that customers love to see, it shows that their business is valued and it also is helpful to the serving staff. We will be back because like I said we love the food, but just wish the training and management here stepped their game up and made it feel more like fine dining.

  Today we came to the second time, and since we really liked it the first time, we came again to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere in Annapolis. We also brought some friends from D.C. to this lovely restaurant we had enjoyed before. However, one of the servers — her name was Alicia or Eliza , I believe — behaved quite rudely from the beginning. When we politely asked for a few things, she responded with a harsh attitude. There wasn’t necessarily anything racist, but she was extremely impolite. For example, when we asked for ekstra hot water for tea, she replied disrespectfully, saying, “I only have two hands.” Thıs not acceptable!!! It completely ruined our mood. Although the manager later came over, apologized, and offered us complimentary desserts, the experience was already spoiled. It’s very disappointing that such a beautiful and elegant restaurant — one that encourages formal attire — allows such unprofessional service. It was truly a big disappointment and an upsetting day for us. We wont be back!! After coming home, I checked whether the issue we experienced was unique to us or if others had similar problems. Bu I found several reviews mentioning rude service and unprofessional behavior from the waitstaff. Clearly, this is not an isolated incident, and the management needs to address and correct this situation immediately. Don’t let poor service ruin your day — especially when you’re paying premium prices and expecting a fine dining experience!
