  So disappointed. I have been coming here since 2022 and eating at the bar receiving top tier service, no complaints. Tonight was the exception; sat at the bar for over 5mins - it wasn’t busy like it typically is - no acknowledgment, no menus or water. We got up and went to the front desk, explained to them our bar experience - no reaction, as if no service was the norm - we asked for a table for 2, which we saw several were open. They had no sense of urgency or amends just a we can put you a wait list for 10-15 mins. Very disappointed.

  This was our first time dining at Chart House Prime, and I brought my 8-year-old daughter for a Sunday daddy/daughter brunch. It was a fantastic experience. We were seated by the window with a beautiful waterfront view, and even though the weather was rainy, it was still great watching sailboats pass by while we ate. The setting alone made the brunch feel special. We started with the crab dip, which was excellent. My daughter ordered the chicken and waffles and absolutely loved it, and I had the shrimp and grits, which were flavorful and perfectly prepared. Everything we ordered was delicious. To finish things off, she went with the signature hot chocolate lava cake, which was the perfect way to end the meal and definitely lived up to the hype. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. Most importantly, it made for a really memorable daddy daughter brunch. Highly recommend Chart House Prime if you’re looking for great food with a beautiful waterfront view.

  It was Ok. Atmosphere was the best thing going. It looks great inside like it was an old boathouse that's been refurbished with exposed wood beams. An open bar and huge wine selection in view is really neat to see. The drink selection from the menu looks nice, but our server proposed the house old fashioned to us and said it had a blood orange celtser in it. We went with it..... It's basically fruit punch with some sort of bourbon in it that I don't remember. Would not recommend. I told him it tasted pretty terrible when I was expecting an old fashioned and he told me that it's it's probably because of the Seltzer that he said was in it, and then asked us if we wanted any appetizers... 🤣 Food was less than average for a 50-75 an entree compared to what I got right up the street at rum house before less. Deserts tasted premanufactured or store bought. A lot of attention is paid to presentation of the dishes and they look nice, but the flavor wasn't there except for the appetizers..... The crab stack was great, and so was the octopus plate!

  I came to celebrate my birthday here on Wednesday with high hopes. We made a reservation and upon arriving, was told we had to sit at the bar because we stink and wouldn’t be able to be seated in main area. It was late and we needed food so we stayed but this has been bothering me. My birthday experience was not as expected. Ive been here several times and flowers has never been an issue. The food was Amazing as always and our server was nice and knowledgeable. Those two things is what kept us. Please make your policies clear to save your patrons the embarrassment of being denied. Thank you so much

  I was on a date with my boyfriend and had an amazing experience this past Saturday! My waitress Leah and another woman name Sarah was amazing! Leah was welcoming, bright, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She helped me decide on the food and drinks when I felt unsure. She made my experience 10x greater and the restaurant is amazing! This place was packed with people but Leah made me feel like I had the place to myself. Then Sarah introduced me to their French press coffee which was a great finish with the dessert. I give this place a 10/10 and I told multiple ppl about it! Coming back for sure! Go get the clam chowder and glazed salmon😍 oh and the Butterfly effect drink is made next to you professionally! It’s a bit strong but the ending is sweet and sooo good. Drink throughout the course.
