  My wife and I love coming to the Chart House for special occasions. 43rd anniversary today. Alex was our server this evening and she was excellent! Very professional, very friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks and food menu. We enjoyed Chilean Seabass with lobster risotto and the crabcake dinner. Both were excellent. We also love the chocolate lava cake for dessert.

  I went to such an amazing wine dinner here in Feb. That being said…we had been to a few in the past that weren’t the best. This one was top notch and deserves a hat tip. Every dish was incredible. The intimate atmosphere was perfect. The wine delicious.

  Easter supper. Food excellent! Server Aaron Golden exceeded all expectations from beginning to end. Give him a pay raise, but not a promotion, so that he can continue to offer exceptional customer service. He was efficient, effective, respectful, and friendly.

  Easter Sunday- time for Chart House Prime. We checked in, we were 20 earlier than our reservation. We were seated within 5 minutes. After being seated we met Amber our server. Amber was pleasant and polite. We ordered our drinks. They came out quickly. We ordered from the brunch menu. From when we sat down, the restaurant filled in. Our brunch meal came out. My wife had ordered the crab benedict, I ordered the chicken and waffles. Unfortunately, my meal was just warm but not enough to melt the butter. So, I found Amber, still smiling, I explained about my meal. She apologized and removed it. In a few moments the manager came out to apologize also, she offered to get another brunch made for me. I explained that I didn't want them to do that, I was fine, the wifes brunch was good. 3-4 minutes later, the manager brought out another chicken and waffles meal. I had specifically asked for them to NOT do this. This was on no way the server Amber's fault. These things happen. I paid the bill and tipped Amber appropriately. That's why 3 stars overall and service a 5 star.

  My family and I went to Chart House Prime, and overall it was a wonderful experience. We were seated at the perfect table with a beautiful water view from every seat. Our server, Aaron, was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. My mom ordered the Shellfish Linguine and really enjoyed it. My nephew had the Fish and Chips from the kids’ menu and loved it. I had Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, which were delicious (tip: if you don’t eat meat, be sure to let your server know, as the skillet-fried corn contains meat). My dad and brother ordered the Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye (32 oz. bone-in), which is listed as a “cut to share.” While the steak was tender, we were honestly more impressed by the size of the bone than the portion of meat itself. It didn’t seem very shareable, and for a $150 steak. Overall, we truly enjoyed our dinner and plan to return to try other options on the menu.
