  I frequent the Subway at Joint Base Andrews (350 Fetchet Avenue) about two to three times a week, and I can honestly say the customer service here is outstanding. Evelyn and Carla, in particular, consistently make this location special. They are always polite, patient, and genuinely welcoming. What really sets them apart for me is that they’ve helped me while I’m learning Spanish. They never make it awkward or rushed — instead, they’re encouraging, kind, and willing to engage, which has meant more to me than they probably realize. It’s rare to find employees who combine professionalism with warmth and cultural openness the way they do. Because of Evelyn and Carla, this Subway feels less like a quick stop and more like a positive part of my routine. Management should be proud to have them. Outstanding service every time.
