The male employee (dark skin, glasses) came off as rude and very nonchalant for no reason. That’s no way to treat customers especially when you work AT THE WINDOW! My order was wrong, missed an item & I was not given a receipt so I don’t have proof. My food should’ve been free (old Wendy’s standard)! After looking at reviews, I noticed someone else mentioned the same employee just a few days ago having the same attitude. I’m not surprised because I myself contemplated going in and asking to speak with the manager. Everyone has bad days, but when you’re working with customers (20 years of experience) basic courtesy should still be there. I too hope management takes this feedback seriously because experiences like this will make customers stop coming to this location.

I have no clue what exactly happened to him prior but his attitude was disgusting and he is definitely not fit nor respectful to take anyone’s order let alone serve food. I couldn’t even report it on the site because I never received a receipt (who knows if this was done purposely either). I won’t be attending this location anymore but if a manager does see this, manager to manager that works in retail, his attitude is nasty and it needs to be addressed and changed immediately. Hope this helps.
