Stood in line of the diner by myself for 10 minutes. 4 employees w headsets and not 1 asked if i been served. 1 delivery pick up customer, and a drive thru customer to complain about food received. I left & wont return

Very disappointing experience. The night shift employees were rude and unprofessional and acted like customer service doesn’t matter. I felt unwelcome and rushed, and basic courtesy was completely missing. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Wendy’s.

The service here is SLOWWWW. There is absolutely zero urgency with the orders being taken and all employees seem equally confused about the process. Don’t expect to be here any less than 20 minutes if two people are in front of you.

The manger at the front was very rude ! I asked I for some sauce since they forget it in the bag , prior to already forgetting my drink I was standing for waiting around for , she told me I would be charged for sauce ?? How am I being charged for sauce I never received that was not in the bag then she proceeded to get a attitude with me

Been a while since I had a horrible drive thru experience but they made it happen. Went through the drive thru with my mother to get 1 fry and a chicken tender meal. The man at the second window didn't apologize for getting our (simple) order wrong, gave the food and quickly shut the window (to start giggling with his coworkers). But towards us he had an attitude the whole time. I went in to get some fresh fries, which they seem to not understand the concept of dry cold fries but they gave them to me soooo 🫤 that's good a guess. Regardless, the whole experience was very unprofessional. I understand not liking your job but that's not my fault...or my mother's.
And my mother's chicken tenders were cold and hard like an ironing board 💀...best thing was the drink
