I saw the nutty coconut and asked for it. the employee stated that they didn’t have that flavor and when i pointed it out to her she said it was Rum Raisin. That made my already bad day even worse. so my husband orders the rum raisin in a large and i got a different flavor in small. Come to find out the Rum Raisin was in fact Nutty coconut. My husband does not care for coconut so we traded. way to know your products. mayme train the employees better. It will make the guest experience much better This location also locks the door at 7 pm. which I find annoying

On 1 occasion, there were 2 male employees working and neither turned around to greet or assist us when we walked in. There were no other customers in the store and they continued to clean and completely disregarded that we were there. After waiting for several minutes, we walked out. We decided to visit on another occasion and yet again, with different workers, we were not greeted and waited several minutes to receive service because everyone fixed orders as if it were their 1st day on the job. Once we were finally acknowledged, the young lady was nice but had to redo my sundae twice. I am fond of the ice cream, but not the service in the Accokeek location. A simple "hello" makes a big difference!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
