  This location is a absolute disgrace, serving frozen food thru drive thru, rude interactions, opened Buffalo used packets, poor hygiene, disgrace to Taco Bell and kfc franchise the general manager of this location should try a different career, customer service at a zero with lack professionalism, worst experience ever! I do not recommend this location at all.

  Doesnt deserve to be called fast food. Im forced to go here because its close to my work, and one of the only "quick" places with vegetarian options. I usually spend my whole lunch break just sitting in the drive thru. Incredibly slow.

  I love Taco Bell. I’ve probably been to hundreds of Taco Bells in my lifetime. This one takes the cake for worst one ever. I’ve been exactly 3 times and all three times it’s the same song and dance. Unapologetically understaffed, messing up orders, long wait times, and then they give you attitude if you point any of it out. Tired of giving them the benefit of the doubt. Don’t waste your time, drive to the next one instead.

  I visited the Abingdon location on 4/8/2026 at approximately 9:00 pm. The drive thru line had about 6 cars already waiting and the inside was closed to customers. I decided to wait because I really wanted the chalupa meal. As I was waiting I noticed that each car was taking about 6 minutes for the staff to take their orders. Keep in mind that there were 6 cars ahead of me, so I waited approximately 30 minutes just to place my order. Upon reaching the intercom I was informed by staff that the flat bread wasn’t available for the chalupas and the mango peach drink wasn’t available either. Needless to say I was disappointed after waiting so long in the line just to be told that the items that I wanted were not available. I decided to get the 3 Dorito SUPREME Taco meal instead. I stressed that I wanted supreme because the young man taking my order asked specifically if I wanted supreme, to which I affirmed that I did. After placing my order I waited about another 10 minutes to reach the window to retrieve it, which brings the whole process to about 40 minutes for ‘fast food’. I have had faster service at dine in restaurants. You can imagine my disappointment when I arrived home, which is approximately a 15 minute drive away from the restaurant, that the tacos given to me were NOT supreme like I ordered. They were dry and had scarce meat on them. I wasted my money as well as my time. I did not eat the food because it was tasty at all, and I did not have the energy to drive back to the restaurant. Will not be returning ever again.

  The food was delicious. Service great. Bathroom clean. I loved the holiday decoration. Even though I was working my part time gig, as a Uber driver, it was thankful to remember the Easter Holuday and what it means to me. Thank you for that reflection.
