I normally enjoy my experience at 7brew I go twice a week after Pilates in the morning. I order my husband a hot cookie butter coffee and I get a large frozen chiller blondie with an extra shot, toasted marshmallow and white chocolate, whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Every time I come my drink varies in taste a bit but it’s fine because it’s usually the flavoring amount that changes, but today my drink tasted terrible the espresso tasted like leftover brew and I could also taste the washed container it was made in, I couldn’t taste any of the flavors I usually get in my drink. I should have tried it while I was there but since my drink are always made correctly I didn’t worry about having to taste it before leaving. I never had an issue so that is my fault for assuming. I am a little disappointed because I couldn’t turn back around because I had to head home to prepare for work . Unfortunately I had to toss my drink out .

The woman making the drinks was rude when she got all 3 drinks we ordered WRONG. Her and the baristas in the back were talking very loudly and making us seem like we were dumb for ordering. The line took 45 minutes to get through. So now we have 3 drinks made completely the wrong way, and telling us things about the menu that were also just wrong. They need to write what drinks they made because they cant keep track.

we went there last night, the line was short but we were in line for an hour. the workers were goofing off. i order a 7 fizz and it tasted like coffee. when they handed me my drink it was covered in coffee. when i asked for a napkin it was an issue. then my friends drink was wrong, and then we were in line for another 40 mins until they fixed her drink.
Shady business practices. They will not disclose prices for their products, and they actively block people from asking about prices in their Facebook group. The admins won't even let posts through because they don't want the truth out there. It’s absolutely ridiculous to hide prices to overcharge people for "bougie" drinks.
To make matters worse, the coffee itself is not good. It’s definitely targeted toward a younger crowd (18-24) who might not know better, but anyone with experience knows this place is trash. It’s just paying premium prices for a cup full of ice with tons of sugar and tiny drops of coffee. $6 for a medium coffee???? This whole operation feels like a rip-off and needs to be investigated.

I see a lot of comments talking about the wait, the traffic, the cost. The fact is that this is an entirely different experience that any other coffee shop we have in the area. Of course there is gonna be a traffic issue initially, it’s NORMAL. Of course there’s gonna be a longer wait, everyone and their brother wants to try out the NEW COFFEE SPOT. And the cost is reasonable for the product you’re getting and the well trained staff.
You will be hard pressed to find staff members that are this friendly and accommodating, customer service that is this focused on a good experience and frankly….ownership that takes pride in providing a fun and rewarding environment for the staff while at the same time providing a great experience for the customers.
7 brew….you have made a happy and returning customer out of me! Thank you!
