Whoever in Harford County and/or the State of Maryland approved this drive-thru for its location should be fired. There is no right turn lane in that area of Route 924/Emmorton Road, so cars going to this place back up the traffic for miles and cause delays in commutes (my own commute in this area has doubled). The backup is pushing frustrated drivers to do u-turns (on a crowded major road that is meant for 40mph) or zip through 25 mph neighboring streets. There also have been several accidents and the place has only been open a week. I feel truly sorry for the other businesses and homes in the immediate area all impacted by this poor planning and the permission to back up a state highway. If other restaurants like those in Constant Friendship/Abingdon or on Route 1 are not allowed to have their drive-thru customers wait on the major road, then why is this establishment allowed to let its customers do so? Must have been free coffee beverages at the planning meetings.
All - this is just a sign of terrible things (more traffic, more accidents, and longer commutes) to come if Costco is permitted to locate off of this same road.
Also, don't forget the great local coffee shops in Bel Air! They can't compete against a chain like this that is allowed to back up a state highway. They need your support as they do not have a chain to lobby for them.

Just moved back to Maryland from ohio where 7 brew became our favorite go-to for iced coffee (Sweet and salty is my regular order) so we were THRILLED to find out one was coming in across the street from our new neighborhood 😀 first one in Maryland too! Crazy. Feels like they built it for us! Right now traffic is bad but it'll calm soon. I've never tried a hot drink (besides hot chocolate for the kiddo) because the iced coffees are too good!! Our dog loves the pup cups too :) We'll be regulars for sure!!

It was my first time ever going to a 7 Brew and all I can say is that I’ll definitely be back! Both drinks I got were delicious and the staff working there are nothing but friendly and helpful despite how chaotic and crazy it’s been this opening week.
The reviews touching on the poor planning of the location, along with the traffic, should technically be ignored because that has nothing to do with their service or product and everything to do with our county and their lack of common sense when it came to approving this type of business for this location. Plus it’s the first one in MD, so you’re going to get the crowds until the hype dies down. Keep up the amazing work 7 Brew!
Absolute waste of time and money. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a single cup of coffee, and what did I get? A plastic cup stuffed to the brim with ice and about three sips of actual coffee. It is straight-up robbery to charge almost $6 for a "medium" when you are literally just paying for frozen water.
I didn’t believe the prices could be that bad until I saw it for myself…it’s ridiculous. This place is the definition of overhyped and overrated. Do yourself a favor and save your cash; my $2 Wawa iced coffee runs circles around this place.

The staff here is genuinely very nice and friendly—that’s the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. Aside from the service, this location is a nightmare. The traffic gets so badly backed up that it’s just not worth the hassle; the location layout is terrible.
On top of that, the prices are high, and it feels like they intentionally hide them on the menu so you don't know what you're paying until it's too late. When you finally get your drink, you realize you're basically paying for a cup of ice with a splash of coffee. Disappointing experience overall.
