  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This store could single handedly run papa johns name into the ground. They don't get anything right, EVER, and good luck trying to get a manager on the phone. The people they hire act like idiots and give u false information, lie to you, and will hang up in your face. All the good mgrs are run out and the team that is there is TRASH. This store should be shut down its a stain on papa johns name. Nothing good comes out of this place. Should not have to tell then to literally cook chicken all the way through, or the pizza.both came Raw and inedible. What the hell is going on over there. I do know this, after my 4th call I began recording interactions. Going to corporate. Maybe some embarrassment will force corporate to investigate because this place and its mgmt is trash

  Made 4 different calls to different pizza places but went with papa John's in Aberdeen because they have garlic sauce and the man said I would save 4$ well the first pizza was wrong and no garlic sauce and I'm waving down the driver who backs up in my driveway and ignores me, I spoke to the manager right away who assured me he would make my pizza and put 2 garlic sauces in the box well as soon as it got here the driver whom I tipped well the first time let me know as soon as I opened my door that there was no garlic sauce in this order either she came out of her mouth that this pizza doesn't come with garlic sauce that isn't what I was told and the manager said he'd put 2 in the box and if I ask 3 different times on my first order for garlic sauce and would have paid for it..I don't like pizza without it and the driver was rude and the manager Blatantly. lied. And I'm disabled on disability and lost 30 dollars on that food and I called back and he had nothing to say to justify the way I was treated. I will never nor will my family ever order from papa John's again. And I paid the driver a good tip to get disrespected because she knew when she was bringing the order back a second time it was wrong without garlic sauce. You will never get my service or my family's ever again.

  I've ordered delivery from Papa John's (764 W Bel Air Avr, Aberdeen MD) sporadically for years now. Since they started the quality sealed sticker I've never had issue with the sticker not being intact upon rcving the pizza. Tonight the driver rolled up to my drive way parking side ways and delivers a box with the sticker not in place. The girl on the phone told me that her manager said "we cant make me a new pizza, nobody did anything to the pizza, and the sticker just came off". The pizza from there has gone down hill anyway. I just needed food delivered for the kids due to being fatigued. It seems their customer satisfaction is headed down the same track. This maybe minor to some, but the delivery driver disrespect for pulling up across my drive way in such manner and the nonchalant customer service, it's got me nervous about the eating the pizza. For me and my family, we'll take our service elsewhere.
