  This restaurant used to be really good. Something has changed in the last few months. Pizza crust is soggy. The food is considerably more greasy than it used to be. Deserts that are on the menu are never in stock. Even bottle soda is hit or miss for availability. Something changed, and not for the better.

  COLD FOOD… I ordered online like I usually do. My pizza was ready but my wings were being boxed when I got there (it was all ready within 20 mins). I selected “plain wings/sauce on the side” but my wings were swimming in sauce. So I asked the guy if they could remake them. He said sure and gave me my pizza, which was hot. About 4 mins passed and I asked him to remake my pizza as well so I would have a full HOT order. He said sure. My wings came out about 10 mins later but my pizza wasn’t ready. So the same thing happened - 1 hot item and 1 cold item. I asked if I could get a refund because at this point I had been there for a solid hour. He said the manager was not there but he apologized and said he’d tell her what happened. Great customer service but I was hot happy with the food because by the time I got home my wings were cold. The cashier had great customer service.

  I've been a regular for a couple months now and the food is absolutely delicious and definitely hits the spot. Kind and attentive staff

  10 across the board this restaurant is amazing the customer service is immaculate, this is also a friendly environment, I order my pizza from here all the time! the pizza is amazing!! I would definitely recommend if you want a good environment and wonderful pizza!!!

  I ordered the garlic parmesan chicken, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The owner personally took my order, so I expected a certain level of quality and service—but that wasn’t the case. When I received my food, the chicken was extremely dry, fried too hard, and just not enjoyable at all. I brought it back, hoping for a simple resolution, but things only got worse. The way the owner spoke to her staff in front of customers was very degrading and unprofessional. On top of that, her attitude toward me was argumentative and outright insulting. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and both fell far below expectations here. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for quality food and respectful service. Definitely not going back.
