I distinctly heard the manager loudly announce “NO ketchup. NO mayo. Plain cheeseburger.” Not once. Not twice. Three full times, as if casting a spell. Somehow, the burger arrived dressed like it was headed to a condiment convention. Waiting in line felt like aging in real time, and when the food finally appeared, it was a surprise mystery meal I definitely did not order. If you enjoy long waits, incorrect food, and the thrill of culinary roulette, this Wendy’s is for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and drive literally anywhere else.

- KMKyle MasonJan 24, 20261.0Went at 11:55pm to order, they took it all down and last minute someone says “we don’t have any food left we’re gonna have to drop your order.” Pretty astonished ngl, not sure why you would take my whole order down to close it at the last second and tell me you close in 6 minutes. Especially when the closing time is listed as 2:00am… maybe update that if it’s changed.
