  I was a huge fan of this location up until this past week. I went two days in a row, ordered my usual. Both days my smoothie was HORRIBLE! Chunks of ice, no flavor, sugary, just a mess. I’m assuming they hired new people because I’ve never had this issue. Guess I’ll be headed down the road to Belcamp which will be going out of my way smh.

  Never going to Tropical Smoothie EVER again. You have NO CHOICE but to tip for a pickup! FOR WHAT???!!!!!! Nobody did ANYHING special except what they get PAID FOR! SO DONE

  I’ve not had a good experience with this place since it opened, unfortunately. I’ve come back time and time again as it’s the closest location but I will just have to go to the Belcamp location. This time, my brother had big pieces of plastic in his smoothie! Additionally, the wait-time was horrendously long. The icing on top of the cake was that they forgot a topping on my smoothie bowl, which costs extra.

  Very clean place with quick and polite service. I love the food it is very tasty at a inexpensive cost for the amount. I enjoy being able to get Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at a healthy place. Love that this location has plenty of seating and a Drive Thru. oh, and the Smoothies are great as well.

  Went into pickup my GF’s mobile order at 3:53 PM on 10/30/25. She ordered a food and smoothie combo. When I showed up, only the smoothie was on the pickup rack. I notified one of the employees that I was missing my food and handed her the receipt that was taped to the cup. She looked confused and then threw my receipt away. I sat and waited for 15 minutes and got no further assistant. I would ask the same employee if I was going to get my food and she looked confused and got the second employee. At that point my lunch break was almost over so I just asked for a refund. They would not give me a refund and insisted I wait for my food. I finally got my food and I didn’t even get an apology. After being handed my food, the employee didn’t say a word to me and quickly walked back behind the wall. Terrible service
