They don't get anything right, EVER, and good luck trying to get a manager on the phone. The people they hire act like idiots and give u false information, lie to you, and will hang up in your face. All the good mgrs are run out and the team that is there is TRASH. This store should be shut down its a stain on papa johns name. Nothing good comes out of this place. Should not have to tell then to literally cook chicken all the way through, or the pizza.both came Raw and inedible. What the hell is going on over there. I do know this, after my 4th call I began recording interactions. Going to corporate. Maybe some embarrassment will force corporate to investigate because this place and its mgmt is trash

The pizza arrived cold, undercooked, and completely inedible. It was clear that very little care went into preparing this order. To make matters worse, I called the store to express my concerns, hoping for a resolution, but the staff refused to let me speak with a manager. The dismissive attitude was just as frustrating as the quality of the food. As someone who has enjoyed Papa John’s in the past, I’m incredibly disappointed by this experience. I will not be ordering from this location again and suggest others think twice before doing so.
