  So I order my food and ask for a sausage biscuit with no egg.Add extra cheese.The girl taking him order literally was not looking at me or paying attention , even told me to hold on a couple times so she can listen to the other employees argue with each other one being a manager named teresa. So she makes my sandwich wrong.I correct her by saying it's a sausage biscuit with no egg.Add extra cheese , so then she Proceeds to tell me that's not what I ordered. Then hands me. The same sandwich back after turning around with it and acting like she made another one and told me she made it right this time. So the manager gets involved, and I tell her that it's supposed to be a sausage biscuit no egg, add extra cheese, she even makes it wrong. The\n N when I tell her she's wrong, she fixes the sandwich. Then I ask her why, every time I order in this place. My order is wrong because of that girl. Taking my order and the manager told me it's me. It's my fault, so I told her I wanted a number to complain and she told me get out of her store don't ever come back. The manager's name is Teresa.She's short , old white lady with glasses and has a very nasty attitude. The girl that took my order is a skinny white girl with blonde hair who pays no attention to anything.But what other people are doing she is the most horrible worker McDonald's ever had and Theresa is the worst manager ever.I do not recommend ever in your life.Going to this place and they still messed up the rest of my order. This place never cares about the customer.Only cares about what they're talking about.In the back and the managers are scared of the employees, If you want to go to Mcdonald's and you're in the area, don't go to this McDonald's go to the one beer till it's literally right up the street.And it is world's different when you're going inside that place , they actually care about the customer

  Visits are slow do to time of day being packed after 5 food at this McDonald's food is hot and so thumbs up

  I have been coming to this location for years faithfully. I come in for breakfast and had a bad enough experience that I will be going to the Beard’s Hill location from here on out. The customer service and handling by the McDonald’s app itself today was EXTREMELY disappointing.
