I wanted to order a coffee and had to stand in a long line just to place the order because both self-service kiosks were out of order. There are only two of them, and neither was working. I ordered a regular black coffee with milk — nothing special — yet after ordering I still waited another 10–15 minutes just to receive a simple cup of coffee. Very frustrating experience for something so basic.

SO SLOW! I hate leaving bad reviews but this Dunkin' is one of the worst. Hire more staff and train them more in depth please!! This franchise even after remodeling has to absolutely be the bottom of the barrel. Everything looked dirty, and after waiting 5 minutes for our drinks we had to remind the cashier to pass along our drink order to whoever was making them.

Awful. Only two people in line and staff was totally confused. Took 12 minutes for a drink order. Hot coffee cup was only filled 3/4 full. Unbelievably they refused to accept a Dunkin Donuts gift card for payment. Never stopping here again and Dunkin corporate should be ashamed of this location.

They charge me 16$ for 4 shots of espresso! I been drinking the same amount of coffee in dunking donuts for years now and this order depends on state doesn’t cost more then 7$ but I got charged 16$ for it and when I complained they said we are not part of corporation and we charge our own prices… this is outrageous!

BEWARE VERY RUDE LADY at this store. My Hazelnut Latte order got printed as one item as Food & second item as Beverage. When I asked why is it like that, she told me that’s what it is! We are NOT regular Dunkin and she refused to reply my valid question. She said she will refund my money and I should go to some other Dunkin. She was so RUDE in her dealing and voice. When I asked her name, she refused and said I could be a stalker. So beware of lady with glasses at this Maryland Service Center Dublin on I-95. Anyway now I know the rating is so bad if this store, probably due to her. She made we wait extra with no other customers waiting, to give back my original receipt
