She was dismissive, spoke over me, and did not allow me to explain the situation. When I politely asked for her name, she said it very quickly and then hung up on me. She also stated that she was “not stealing my money” and told me that my only option was to contact corporate. At this point, the funds have been deducted from my card, I did not receive my order, and I was treated rudely while trying to resolve the issue.
