When I called back to check on the status of my order, I was informed that there was no order under my name. I explained multiple times that the payment had already been processed and the money was taken from my card, but I was repeatedly told that no order existed. I called back a second time and spoke with a manager named Lara or Lori. Unfortunately, this interaction was very unprofessional. She was dismissive, spoke over me, and did not allow me to explain the situation. When I politely asked for her name, she said it very quickly and then hung up on me. She also stated that she was “not stealing my money” and told me that my only option was to contact corporate. At this point, the funds have been deducted from my card, I did not receive my order, and I was treated rudely while trying to resolve the issue.

Tonight (12/2/2025) when i came in the crew was a little over whlemed with orders and ppl standing around. Some upset cause entitlment others like myself understand when you work food/retail ish can get out of hand fast. Nonetheless i made my order & trust the process.. needless to say the crew was stressing between remakes and customers being impatient and random george michael playing (no seriously careless whispers was playing randomly the time i was there ) the crew never lost their step. When i need pizza id get some little ceasars ish but when i want a WORK OF ART!!!!!! when i want my taste buds to the wobble while ballin on a budget!!! I go to ABERDEEN DOMINOS !!!!!!
