  Unless you have at least 30 minutes to waste. AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Order went through quickly using the Kiosk. Food came out reasonable quick as well(5 minutes): however, the drinks, made by a different employee got lost! 25 minutes after getting the food, I was finally able to get an employee to help. First I kindly spoke to manager, she wanted noting to do with it and said, one minute and went on break to sit in the common area to talk with a “friend”. Another employee I kindly spoke to said it was her 1st day. Finally, after another 5 minutes the guy working the register walked by to drop off a drink to a patron that had literally just ordered it. I asked him about the drink, showed him my receipt and 10 minutes later we were handed out drinks. Of course, they were wrong, but at this point, We needed to get back on the road. So 40 minutes later we continued our trip. I understand the fast pace and some demanding customers. BUT THIS PLACE SUCKS and so Does the MANAGEMENT.

  Terrible, avoid at all cost. We waited in line for 25 minutes to place an order at 1 of the 2 kiosks. The workers would not accept orders at the counter (& no mobile ordering avail), since the kiosks were so slow, the workers were cleaning even though the line had over 20 people waiting to ORDER. We finally placed an order for $27.20 at the kiosk, tried paying with our card, the credit card reader said approved but the kiosk screen said the order was not placed and to try again. So we tried a different credit card but the kiosk read the same error. We asked the employees standing behind the counter cleaning and asked if our orders were received bc our banks showed the charges going through. The girl said "I can't help you I am just a regular worker", some other lady said she's a manager to the convenience store across from dunkin and said we needed to get back in line and replace the order. I asked to speak with the Dunkins manager, and a lady standing in front of us (but had her back to us cleaning) while we stood at the counter, turned to us and said she has "nothing different to tell us"... unreal.

  Got two drinks, a hot coffee (2 and 2) and a shaken caramel espresso. Workers all looked lost like maybe they didn’t know they were working. The hot coffee came out first, the young man yelled out “hot coffee” (there was a group of people waiting for their coffee too). Then the “espresso”, no name was on either of the drinks (even tho a name was given at the kiosks). When we asked the young man is it was for our specific name he stated “I don’t know”, so we asked if it was a hot coffee…..and espresso. He was still unsure and said a latte. Coffee tasted like straight dirty water and the “espresso” tasted like chocolate milk. Unsure if an espresso shot was even made. Would give zero stars if I could, strongly suggest not wasting your money. Would also recommend closing the locations for a well needed retraining!!

  Terribly service.credit card machine was down and main registers only accepted cash, so everyone had to order on kiosks whose touch screens had a significant delay to order. Staff was not moving with a sense of urgency to fill orders. Some customers waited over 30 minutes for orders to be filled. Management needs to fix this, completely inefficient.

  I had to leave a review because this Dunkin’ absolutely blew me away. For a service area location, this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had, honestly better than some standalone stores. There was a massive line when I walked in, and I expected a long wait, but they moved it so quickly and efficiently it barely felt like anything. The team was incredible to watch, there was one guy handling sandwiches and he was moving like lightning without making a single mistake, and the girls on drinks were just as fast and on point. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. They even wrote my name on my cup, which made the whole experience feel more personal and thoughtful. I noticed the sign saying this location is proudly managed by Sasha Johnson, she runs a tight ship and she seriously deserves recognition. You can tell this place is well-run, organized, and that the team takes pride in what they do. It shows in every part of the experience. Easily one of the best Dunkin’ visits I’ve had.👏
