  Confused by my rating?? You should be. The food was fantastic, the employees were fantastic, the timing was fantastic and the manager with cheaply dyed maroon hair was NOT fantastic. I was waiting 5 minutes for my pizza to slide into my DM’s and the entire time the “manager” was yelling at and berating her staff, saying some very untoward and nasty things that have zero business being in a business. I hope the franchise owner or upper management will read this. Ask the staff, they’ll corroborate my review. I sincerely apologize for the way she was acting. I recommend you promote her to a position where she has zero access to other human beings, since no one deserves to be treated that way. Ps. Time to rethink the hair color and career choice…

  The delivery driver was shaking my food.He shook the pizza while he was handing to me.And then shook the cheesy bread while he was handed to me.I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a disorder.He literally shook it while he was picking it out of the bag, a global self defense in the bag is a big heat bag.You don't have to shake something to lmmm

  “Stephanie” or whatever manager was on the phone taking calls at 11pm on Friday night? gave me the worst attitude i’ve ever dealt with as a customer whose food got returned to the store after having an “unreachable phone number & an address they couldn’t find”. i gave the younger guy who took my order specific delivery instructions & i had my phone on me the whole time to pick up in case they needed. it took over an hr before i called. i am experiencing insane amounts of second hand embarrassment for the older woman that had 0 patience tonight. she’s a joke of an employee and a genuine disgrace to y’alls brand. I can’t imagine this is the first time she’s had a complaint ab that attitude😂😭hung up the phone on me after i asked if they could remake the food if it was cold and send it out, if not giving me a refund. she’s refused & i will be contacting corporate for violation of their “making it right or refund” policy. i still wanted my food bruh i’m starving. literally got yelled at for wanting my food delivered. never experienced some shit like this in my life.

  I placed and order and never received my order. I submitted a second order, hoping to fix the first order by the next morning. Unfortunately, my second order was also misdelivered.... I tried to call the store that same night and following day but the line is always marked as busy and I cannot get a hold of anyone at all.
