  Placed an order in the drive through, then waited for 25 minutes to get to the window (only 3 cars in front of me), when I finally got to the window I was told I had to change my order because they didn't have what I had ordered. Will not be returning

  This Taco Bell was honestly terrible. Communication was really bad and the customer service was even worse. No one cared or explained anything. Waited 45 minutes for my food just for it to come out cold. For fast food, that’s embarrassing. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend at all.

  Me and my friends ordered 4 discovery luxe boxes and they took around 45 minutes for all 4 and the worst part is that they completely forget about the last one. Absolutely horrendous, terrible service holy this place is garbage. No communication between the customer and the workers. Would never recommend absolutely disgusting place don’t come here.

  2079 Pembina location worst service i have seen. I ordered inside the restaurant and waited more then 30 min for them to make it and once they finished i asked the clerk if everything is in there and correct and they said yes, i brought my food home and was missing items and the items that they did make were wrong, i called their phone line and it goes directly to voicemail(i tried 5 times) then i go on the website to make a complaint and their website just keeps saying error and notthing goes thru, absolutely horrible horrible experience and never going there again

  I love Taco Bell but these guys at this location have such little care it’s ridiculous. Almost every single time I go here there is completely missing items that I paid for, they don’t follow instructions like (no sour cream), and the amount of ingredients they put is comical even when asking for extra. On top of that you will be waiting 20 minutes minimum in the drive thru. It all comes down to a lack of care from employees but more importantly. There is clearly a lack of care from who ever is in charge because they see all these 1 star reviews and choose to not change anything or improve anything.
