- RTRahul TuraFeb 10, 20261.0A lady with attitude, not service — subtitles on her face said it all. 10 Feb 2026, around 5:45 PM — I had a disappointing experience at Subway with Supervisor Richa. I’ve been living in Winnipeg for the past 6 years, and honestly, I’ve rarely experienced service that made someone feel this uncomfortable. It was my wife’s first time placing an order herself. She was already a bit nervous, but I encouraged her to try so she could feel more confident. Unfortunately, while she was ordering, the supervisor was making uncomfortable facial expressions which made her feel judged. Thankfully, another coworker handled the situation professionally. I truly believe customer service includes kindness, patience, and positive body language. Small gestures matter — especially when someone is trying something new. Hoping this feedback helps improve future customer experiences. Do better.

Vishakha helped me customize my sub exactly how I wanted it and was very patient and polite! The place was super clean and well-organized — even during the rush hour, everything looked fresh and tidy. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had
