  Horrible service with the late night workers. So so so incredibly rude ! The woman burnt my bacon and refuses to recook it she just let it beep while she took the drive Thru order, very slow and sighed and rolled her eyes while she made my sandwich, the proceeded too over charge me for my footlog 20.25 for a god damnn turkey footlong . So utterly unbelievable subway do better I’m so disappointed would not recommend this location !!

  waited in the EMPTY drive-thru for over 30mins. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. All times were during the night, the restaurant and parking lot is empty along with the drive-thru so what exactly is the hold up? Any other restaurant or location will prepare your food in less than 10mins with over 10 cars in line, restaurant full, and deliveries waiting.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location due to the behavior of an employee named SAHIL . He was extremely unprofessional and rude during the interaction, which made the visit uncomfortable. Customer service should always be respectful and polite, and unfortunately, that standard was not met on this occasion. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the experience for future customers. 😕

  I recently visited Subway and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. The employee, SAHIL was not welcoming and showed a lack of professionalism while taking orders from customers he was very rude. There was little to no communication, and the overall attitude made the experience uncomfortable. Good customer service is very important in the food industry, and this experience did not meet basic expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and customer interaction.

  I visited this Subway location recently and was impressed by the service from one employee in particular her name was Mehak. They greeted me warmly, maintained a positive attitude throughout my order, and handled a busy line with efficiency and calm. My sandwich was assembled neatly, with attention to my preferences and good portion control. The employee also kept the workspace clean and followed hygiene practices, which I appreciated. Even during a rush, they remained patient and respectful to every customer. Overall, their professionalism and friendliness made my visit enjoyable, and I would gladly return because of the excellent customer service I received there.
