    Watch out!! Attention!! Concern Regarding Allergen Safety and Customer Service Polo Park Food Court Subway I would like to bring an important concern to your attention regarding my recent visit to your Subway location yesterday around 6:30 PM. At the start of my order, I clearly informed the staff member preparing my tuna bowl that I have specific food allergies and requested lettuce and some veggies only as I needed to be cautious about what was added. While preparing my order, the staff member appeared distracted and began whispering to a coworker probably because I asked for more lettuce. Shortly after, I noticed that her gloved hand had come into contact with a tomato-based sauce probably marinara sauce?! and she then wiped that same glove against the rim of my bowl. Given that I had already informed her about my allergies, this was very concerning. When I politely pointed it out, I was told that it was “just tomato sauce” and that it was “not a big deal.” Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the concern or offering to remake the bowl, the situation escalated into a back-and-forth where my concern was repeatedly dismissed. From a customer’s perspective, especially one with allergies, cross contamination is a serious issue. Regardless of the ingredient, applying anything from a contaminated glove onto a customer’s food particularly after being informed about allergies should not be taken lightly. I do want to highlight that another staff member stepped in shortly after and kindly offered to remake the bowl. I truly appreciated her professionalism and willingness to correct the situation. Her response reflected the level of care and customer service I would expect, and I hope that is recognized. My intention in sharing this is not to get anyone in trouble, but to emphasize the importance of proper training around allergen awareness, cross contamination, and how to appropriately respond to customer concerns. A simple acknowledgment and willingness to correct the mistake would have made a significant difference. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback to ensure a safer and more respectful experience for all customers moving forward.

    If i would have give 0 star for service the indian server is too rude i asked her for din in she didn’t listen to me at once and was too rude i wish no one should go here they should change their staff

    I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I placed an online order while standing right in front of the staff because there was an offer available only through the app. Right after placing the order, I tried to ask if I could add extra veggies and sauce. Before I could even explain properly, the staff immediately said they cannot make any changes to online orders. What was really disappointing was their attitude. They were very rude, unprofessional, and didn’t know how to speak to customers. They didn’t even try to help or listen—they just shut us down right away. It felt like they didn’t care at all and treated us like we were a problem. Other Subway locations are usually much more helpful, but this one gave very poor service. The staff here seriously need better customer service training. If there was an option to give zero or negative stars, I would not even give 1 star.
