- TWTayla Wonitowy6 days ago3.0Great stop for a quick bite but not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Why don't any subways have automatic doors for the entrance and bathrooms? And no change station for parents, if I know this isn't an option at fast food restaurant, I won't go there.

I asked for fresh lettuce and the guy working said “no you can have only this” so I opened for no lettuce. He was extremely rude. I am a paying customer and should have been able to have fresh veggies on my sub that I am paying for. Will never return back to that location.

I just don’t understand why she was showing me attitude when i was just telling her what i want for my sub. I hope, if your employee can’t be friendly with someone, they shouldn’t be rude anyhow.

My boyfriend bought a cookie but then they refused to let me use the washroom because he’s the only one who paid for anything. They didn’t offer to let him buy another item for me to use the washroom, we weren’t initially expecting to have to purchase anything, and they were stating I had to physically pay for something myself to use the bathroom. I didn’t have my wallet on me at the time but I don’t understand why they’d escalate the situation like that. Horrible customer service. Do better.
