- JTJean Thomson3 days ago1.0Got a footlong sub around 30 minutes ago. Halfway through eating I felt something sharp in my mouth. Turns out there were multiple staples from a stapler throughout my footlong pizza sub. Pretty upset and concerned how there were multiple staples in the sandwhich considering I ordered it in person, meaning there must have been staples in the ingredients themselves. Called and asked for a refund but was told to call again tomorrow and that there is nothing they can do. Pretty frustrating and concerning.

I was told the washroom was “only for customers,” and even after clearly stating that I am a customer, she still refused access. Her excuse? That she’d have to “clean it again and again” — which is honestly ridiculous and not the customer’s problem. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Denying basic facilities to paying customers and speaking in such a careless manner shows a complete lack of respect and training. If you don’t want to deal with customers, don’t work in customer service. Management seriously needs to step in because this place is giving Subway a bad name.
